Sourcing & Quality

Sourcing & Quality

Quality starts with a specification both sides understand.

We help organize product requirements, supplier communication and practical checkpoints before and during production. Final controls and available documentation depend on the selected product and manufacturing partner.

Our process

Four checkpoints for a clearer order.

STEP 01

Requirement review

Confirm application, size, GSM, core, length, packing and destination needs.

STEP 02

Supplier matching

Coordinate with a manufacturing partner suited to the product and order profile.

STEP 03

Pre-production confirmation

Review samples, artwork and packing details where the order requires them.

STEP 04

Production follow-up

Track key confirmations and coordinate available inspection or evidence.

Specification control

The details we clarify before quotation.

A roll described only as “80 × 80” can still vary in paper weight, true length, core, diameter tolerance and packing. We organize the details that help buyers compare offers more accurately.

Typical confirmation points

  • Paper type and intended printer
  • Width, diameter, length and GSM
  • Core material and internal diameter
  • Image sensitivity and storage needs
  • Blank or printed specification
  • Shrink, carton and private-label packing
Compliance support

Documentation matched to the actual supply source.

Where required, we coordinate requests for available declarations, test reports or certificates from the selected manufacturing partner. Documentation availability must be confirmed for each product and order—no generic certificate claim is made across all supply.

Material declarations

Requests such as BPA-free, BPS-free or phenol-free status are confirmed against the proposed grade and supplier documentation.

Market requirements

Destination-specific needs such as REACH, RoHS, FSC or food-contact documentation are reviewed case by case.

Samples and pre-production

Samples or artwork proofs can be coordinated before bulk production when practical for the order.

Third-party inspection

Independent inspection can be discussed for suitable orders, scope and cost agreed before booking.

Important: certificates and test reports apply only to the named manufacturer, material or batch stated in the document. Ask us to confirm what is available for your exact product.
